False advertising

I ordered a massive wors hot dig which is supposed to be 40cm. paid R69 rand for it and what do i get a 20cm long hot dog not what i ordered and when I ask the lady where I ordered I get told it is what it is, and when they said small chips I didn't think they meant this small

I was at the centurion mall branch and the service was horrible please fix this or else you will loose customers
