DISGUSTINGLY WORST SERVICE EVER AT SAUSAGE SALOON

Went to Sausage Saloon at Springs Mall, worst mistake ever in my life! Ordered a burger meal and Shyleen asks me to pick 3 toppings which I do. Burger comes out, other lady says I should pick 3 sauces, which I do. Then she puts what looked like a reheated burger patty that was dry and burnt onto the bun and closes it. I ask where my toppings are and she says I chose sauces. I explain to her what happened earlier with Shyleen she says I am the one who made a mistake by not hearing well what she said. Shyleen is called and she says she was going to tell her about the toppings but stopped when I picked a sauce. It was never explained to me that it's either I choose 1 or the other. Then the lady asks Shyleen if I bought a bag and Shyleen says no, she literally puts the food on the counter for me to carry to the far end of the mall! I had to request for the bag, and my slip as it had already been thrown away!

My question is, is it a racial act that comes with the assumption that since am black they are going to treat me in such a manner? Does my money have colour on it and goes to a separate bank account maybe? Because I saw the different attitude given to a separate race and it was total bliss, but what I got was monstrous. Secondly, what measures are taken to tryband correct a certain mistake which clearly was not mine because had I known what to choose either or, I would have chosen clearly. This was my first time going there or any other Sausage Saloon and am disgusted to say that it is surely the last time! Appetite gone, as well as my hard earned cash with the stinking attitude coupled by a burnt piece of patty lashed on the poor dry roll.
