Disgusting service

<p>how convinient is it that a MANAGER refuses to give you service an he is the only one you can call to complain and the only one on duty (apparently there is no owner) . No costumer service ever and the worst manager i have ever met. No respect, untidy, lazy, lack of interest and NO idea what a manager is there for. Has no idea how to treat a costumer who has been waiting ten minutes for someone to show up for service and spent another 5 minutes watching him strolling down the corridor, looking me in the eye, and staring back at his phone. You are suppose to deliver a service to people!! Looks like you can't even do that right. Does sausage saloon even have a customer care training program for managers or can anyone just become a manager, because this guy has no management s****s.. how do you work at a food place in flip-flops??? DISGUSTED!! </p>
