COMPLAINT RUSTENBURG WATERFALL MALL - MANHATTAN SAUSAGE TASTE LIKE BOX and Undercooked

<p>I had thee most terrible experience today at one of ur shops Rustenburg Waterfall Mall. The waiting fisrt of all took over 30minutes with only 3 people infront of me. I waited when I got there i ordered 3 manhattan combos i was told only 2 left i have to wait for 15 minutes for the other one, i was told there was a monster version I said fine since iv been waiting for 3 hours, whilst I was choosing sauces carefully so because i had my 5 year old sons with the waitress kept rolling her eyes impatient with me signalling the other customer im delaying her, i was shocked since iv had patience to wait 30 minutes there she told me it was hot where she was standing shez burning underneath, whilst serving the other white customers she was not burning i never even complained for waiting that long. I proceeded to eat, the monster manhattan tasted like box tasteless, i asked her to taste she agreed, then they told me manhattan regular and monster dont taste the same, how isnt it a bigger version, they said theyr different to me it does not make sense my boys manhattans tasted fine the other one was just tasteless im not sure if it was off or what but it was just not manhattan, they called the manager who is never at the shop she is always somewhere she told me they cant refund me because they have to take it off the ladys salary, she left me there with no resolution. i then asked them for head office numberrs they say they dont have manager went awol again, she was dining at Steers i was told to go at Steers to ask her for the numbers. I refused the other lady went and they gave me this number ********** apparently owners number , they just wanted to get rid of me as the phone rings unaswered. The worst experience and the staff there not friendly at all. I left the food there as I cannot eat tasteless box sausage</p>
