Breach of Consumer Protection Act

I wanted to buy a cheese griller at your branch at president square in the vaal. On the poster mounted on the wall it advertised that a cheese griller on special would cost R29.00

When the cashier (Margaret) gave me the total, it was the normal price of R35.00

According to the Consumer Protection Act if you advertise an item for a price you have to sell it for that price. The cashiers refused to give me a discount and said "nothing they can do"

Poor service. Do not complain if customers wouldn't prefer to support you during these corona times.
