Bad service at Sausage Saloon

I was at your Carnival City branch when I was waiting in line for a special they had running on Friday the 25th Of October 2019. The special included a free Monster energy drink. When it was my turn to order, they had told me they had reached their limit of the energy drinks but they had already exceeded before I ordered because of what appeared to be that the employees were doing favours for their other Carnival City colleagues. When I asked why they couldn't make that same exception for me being a general client, the employee responded rudely and ignored me and proceeded to take the next persons order. When I asked them why they exceeded their promotion limit for Carnival City employees but couldnt do the same for me, the manager appeared since the lady serving me had already ignored me. At this point I was still left disappointed after the manager said he could not assist even after the employee's rude behaviour. I will not be buying from anymore of your stores if this is the kind of treatment customers receive.
