Bad Customer service

I went to buy a cheesedof and nomasonto refused to make me the cheesedog advertised as ive askes her to do i then left the cheese dog on the counter left went to ma work place she followed me and came and made a scene at my work place after i didnt ask for for no refund nothing.May you please help me gET my my money back and a free meal of my choice to apologise i do have proof of the cheese dog she gave me and the one they advertise and the camera of the footage of her coming to ma work place.And recording of her also and witness
