Back Office Staff Handling Customers

<p>I went to your outlet to get myself some food as I was in the process of paying for my food I saw an ad that stated that I can add the shown refreshments for R10 and asked the ladies to add that for me and without explaining or saying which meals qualified for the promo they said you can't get it. When I told them that the promo does not say anything about qualifying meals, they told me I should ask the boss because she/he the one who put the promotion board there. Their conduct was unprofessional and unacceptable, not fit to be working with customers. They sounded drunk and speech was a bit altered. They need training in customer service and interpersonal s****s.</p>
