Stay away from these ********** lawyers

2 Years ago my wife and I got married and approached Saunderson Attorneys to do our ANC.<br> They sent us the letter to be presented to the marriage officer and thought everything was done.<br> <br> Recently we wanted to buy a property and to out horror found out that no ANC was ever registered for us at the deeds office.<br> <br> I contacted Saunderson and she sent me a registered ANC but after going directly to the deeds office we found out that this document was forged or **** as it had the deeds office stamp on it but no such document exists in the deeds office.<br> <br> I have sent numerous emails but they have never rep****.<br> <br> We now have to file a high court appeal to get this sorted out which will cost R20 000.<br> <br> If you want to avoid any ANC issues I beg you not to use this firm.<br> <br> We will be filling a complaint against them at the law society.<br>
