My parcel not reaching South Africa

Hi, I posted a parcel from Saudi Arabia, Tabuk Central Branch on 21 September 2015. The parcel reached Jeddah on the subsequent days on route to South Africa. Online this parcel shows to have left Jeddah Central Post Office for Johannesburg on the 28th of September 2025. I inquired telephonically in Johannesburg and I was told the parcel never arrived. Tabuk insists the parcel left for Johannesburg even though they cannot produce proof to that effect and cannot even get hold of the people in Jeddah. It is today 17 working days since this parcel was sent. The parcel number is CP***SA. Please help
