on 1 February 2016 I travelled with Saudia Airlines on flightJED SV 446 to Jeddah from O R Tambo Internation Airport.We arrived on.the same day at King Abdul Aziz airport .After a very long wait in the customs que it must have been 4 hours of waiting. I realised my one suit case was not there . I immediatly reported to the authorities and was given a acknowledged slip with a refence num 57522 stating that my baggage will be delivered within 5 days. No baggage arrived so I follow it up with a phone call to +966(1) ********** .I was than told to submit an on line claim form on the the wbsite www.saudialines.com/ebef. That was done and a electronic confirmation with the same ref number was send to me 57522. During my stay in Saudi I went four time to Jeddah to see if my bag has arrived .After the fouth time I was told that the bag was returned to South Africa after ten days . On my arrival back to South Africa on 30th March 2016 on flight SV44 I immediatly went to the Saudi office to enquire about the lost baggage. I was told that they will investigate and the bag will be send to my Cape Town home address that I provided them with 18 Drift Road Kenwyn Cape Town . Since my return back into Cape Town on the 5th April 2016 till today I have made many phone calls to Saudi Airlines in Johannesburg +2 ********** /+27 11 ********** / ********** 88/ aswell as send an email to ********** but no respond. I was told Sameera will get back to me but till today I havent heard from anyone of the Saudi members. I spoke to many people from time to time Ameer Chris but today I sopke to a lady Hazel who promised she was going to email Sameera and cc me to ********** but I haven received any email from her . I am now currently trying to get my travel insurance claim finalised but they requesting an email from Saudi Airlines to say that they did not find the suitcase and they did not pay me anything for the lost or inconvenience of my baggage for two months of my stay in the KINGDOM . My appeal to you is to please assist me in getting the letter from Saudi Airlines so that I can at least get my travel insurance claim finalised. I thank you Hajira Ganie +2 ********** 736
