Lost luggage

<p>We travelled from Johannesburg to Saudi Arabia with Sauid Airlines. Our luggage was lost. Saudi Airlines refuses to assist in locating the bag. It is now almost a week later and after multiple calls and requests for assistance, we still have not received the luggage. </p>
