Bad flightback to Jeddah

We have flown back from Johannesburg to Jeddah on the 24 March 2017. We have beforehand placed and order for vegetarian meals for our journey back. On the plane when food was served, there was one short for my wife. There was actually one crew member that was kind enough to give my wife his cheese sandwich.

The other issue is that we where travelling with kids and only our row/section of seats , the entertainment(televisions was not working). I requested why is this so, and was told this is a problem and cannot be rectified. I think these should be checked by the engineer before the flight departs.

I have flown Saudia many times, with no issues. This is the first time, that it was really bad
