4 Month old Shoe fail. Poor response from Saucony

<p>I bought a pair of Saucony Men's Exodus Trail Running Shoes on OneDayOnly November 2016. These were branded as a high quality outdoor running shoe, but i did not seem to agree as the shoes got a tear on the left front toe Box due to pressure from the toes on the inside as i probably changed direction too quickly while on a run. This was a problem for me as the shoe was only 4 months old and i had a pair of Nike shoes that cost a third of the price and lasted 3 years.</p> <p>I reported my dissatisfaction to OneDayOnly ( They were of Great Help and responded Quickly) who directed me to the supplier only to be told, that after they looked at the photos i sent them, that I was "Unlucky' and that I caused the tear by getting the shoe caught on something. When I asked if sending in the shoe for better inspection they told me it would probably make no difference.</p> <p>I would understand if i put the shoe through more than it was designed for but i am a novice runner and compared to my Nike shoe that is 3 times cheaper and lasted me 9 times longer, I am very dissatisfied. </p> <p>Due to the way the problem was handled from Saucony SA another customer and a recommendation to their product is lost. </p> <p> </p>
