Avoid using Sauce Frenzy

All-round terrible service from [URL Removed]<br> Incredibly bad communication, with huge delays and in most cases no communication at all.<br> Items shown as in stock were reported out of stock several days after the online order was placed. No feedback along the way explaining the delay. I eventually had to ask for a refund because the order was taking so long to ship. Even when I asked for better communication, I received none. I did receive confirmation from PayPal that the payment had been refunded, but nothing from the supplier, as per usual.<br> <br> I strongly suggest you avoid this online retailer and use one of the several other reliable online suppliers of hot sauces. Don't be fooled by the excellent website - there is no support behind the webpage once your order is placed.<br> <br> Two thumbs down.
