DStv installer(Boza satellite installer)

I wanted to install a extra view together with my Explora and I got a guy DStv instllaer by the name of Sbu (Boza Satellite accredited installers) few days after everything was installed my decoder was always hot on top so I called the guy to come have a look. He told me to take it to any multi choice outlet and they will exchange it for another one. I went to multichoice but they refused to take and said that I should take it back where I bought it. Called the guy again to come fetch and he did that after 3 days.

He told me that he will take to his supplier who will then take it back for a credit note. It’s been two weeks no communication nothing from him, I called him and he told me that he forgot to go to the place where he was supposed to get a credit note.

I’m sitting here 2 weeks later with no extra view, but I have paid for the service and I’m told I have to wait for how long I don’t know.

I need my decoder back as I cannot be paying for something I don’t even have in the house.
