Unacceptable controls at SatrixNow

I can appreciate it is in all of our interests to make sure there are controls on *******ion, but unreasonable controls have to be noted as unacceptable. Twice in the recent past my wife and I have had a situation with this platform where we have tried to make a withdrawal and have been blocked unnecessarily. First time, SatrixNow was quite happy to have deposits from my bank account to her Satrix account, but would not let her withdraw to her bank account. We only found this out when making an urgent withdrawal which caused a problem for us. Now we are making another withdrawal and have been blocked again because we have exceeded some deposit limit, but we are trying to withdraw! Once again I am trying to make an investment before month end so it is urgent, I spent half an hour on the phone to them on Friday but they never answered the phone, I sent an email but of course now they say they will answer in 36 hours. Not sure about anyone else but I find this unacceptable.
