Satrix still has not allocated my tax free funds to my account after Ninety One concluded teh transfer.

Ninety One concluded the transfer of my Tax free investment 3 weeks ago and Satrix has not still allocated the funds to my account. i have followed up and they evntually responded asking for a proof of fund transfer. I provided that immediately and to date the funds does not reflect in my account. I have phoned the call centre and there was no answer. So who is going to give me the growth that I lost in the last 3 weeks. Terrible service
