Satrix client services is useless!!!!

Worst set of client service I have ever received. They send contradictory information, not sure whether they all work for the same company. They cancelled my husband's debit orders without authority. All we wanted was to increase the debit order amounts which were coming out from my account and move these debit orders to my husband's account. Instead of advising us to cancel, they cancelled it without our authority. So in essence, there are no more debit orders for my husband's investments. They provided steps on how to set up a debit order on his account, only for the website to say, "sorry your bank cannot be identified". They provide a link to click on for more information, and when we do so, it says "page not available". How pathetic is this? So fedup, that I have to now take leave from work to fix up their mess!!!!
