Poor service Satrixnow

A shining example of the worst customer service resolution I have ever experienced with a Financial institution. Simply impossible to reach anyone who cares or can elevate to a solution is found. If they handle simple customer concerns like they have mine, I would be very wary of letting them manage my funds.
