poor service from Satrixnow

my account has been blocked as i need to complete the CRS. system keeps coming up with error messages. Satrix technical department has been trying now for over a month with no sucess to help. nobody took the initiative to atleast phone to assist. i have requested that this matter be escalated but was ignored i'm able to to do any transactions service is just so poor with no respect for their customers
