No help

I started investing with them approx 20 years ago. I am now 71 years of age and trying to withdraw my funds. Because I have not 'DIGITALLY MIGRATED" Iwhatever that means, I have very little chance of success. I have written to them approximately 16 times and each reply pushes me onto somebody else (its all just clearly too much hard work!!!) to try and help an oldie. I am exasperated as to why certain companies do not understand that the oldies battle with all the new technology. Cant wait to get my funds out and deposit somewhere more kindly client orientated. Very big dissapointment!!!
