NO ACCESS TO PORTFOLIO ON SATRIX APP OR WEBSITE AFTER LOGIN SUCCESSFUL

I Have not been able to access my ETF Portfolio on either the Satrix website OR their app for over a month now

As soon as I Log in successfully, I Only get a blue turning circle, that keeps on turning forever, with nothing happening further

I Need to sell my NASDAQ 100 asap
