On 31 August 2015, at 09h35 in the morning, I submitted a withdrawal instruction to AOS, Satrix's administration provider. <br> Stuart Naidoo contacted me on at 13h30 on 1 September (a day later) requesting that I submit a document verifying my bank account details. I advised Stuart that my bank account details have not changed since my original application to invest in the SATRIX Investment Plan in 2004). I submitted my bank details AGAIN on 2 September. <br> Also on 31 August I also submitted a withdrawal request to Allan Gray.
