WANT TO SHOW THE CLIENT WHO IS IN CONTROL-SPITEFUL

I have made investments on behalf of my children and grandchild. Me and my husband are both investors with Satrix and I made investment on behalf of my other grandchildren earlier this year. Documentation was sent to Satrix for the new investments and my Daughter received a call from Yunita requesting affidavits with regards to Proof of Residence. I assisted with the affidavit due to me having an affidavit format that was send to me on a previous occasion. I adjusted the affidavit to include the details of the 3rd Party who own the house and the affidavits were taken to be signed by a Commissioner of Oaths. These affidavits were sent to Satrix, just to receive an email with a new Satrix Affidavit format stating that the affidavit have to be redone in the now supp**** format. I refused due to me using a previous Satrix format and I adjusted it to include the 3rd party. I requested that my email, explaining the situation, being escalated to their legal department/management. I was just ignored and received email after email with the same message that the investments could only be finalised if we send new affidavits. I still have received no response to emails as requested.
