Very rude customer consultant.

Today 24.03.15 around 11:52am I called in to enquire about my account but was just greeted by a very rude customer service individual who refused to give her name, when I told her that she was coming through as been very ****y she ignored me and still continued in her ****y manner. I then asked to be put through to a supervisor then she slammed the phone in my ear, unacceptable customer service. I'm so unhappy that I'll be calling in soon to cancel my account.
