Very Dissapointed

Honestly i'm failing to understand why a simple instruction cannot be executed each time i have to come back with a complaint for you to be able to do the right thing.<br> I requested funds to be deposited into my account but i was short paid. I increased my debit order and added a new product still i had to battle into doing that but to my surprise when i called in to query my debit orders everything is a mess, nothing was done as per my request.<br> <br> Why must i always repeat myself each time i have to query something with you.<br> <br> PLEASE CANCEL MY POLICY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND REFUND PAY ME MY BALANCE. I'LL SEEK ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT PLAN ELSEWHERE... I'M TIRED.
