Satrixnow - What a joke
I have been a customer since Oct 2015. I got an email on 3 March 2020 that my portfolio was moved to SatrixNow and that I would receive an email with passwords etc.- that never happened so I had to spend week last week battling to get my signon sorted. Once done I then realised that they obliterated a large portion of my investment ie the tax free investment. Now I've sent them emails yesterday and today an tried to phone them but no email response and the phone tells me to email them.
