Satrix systems dysfunctional

It seems like my profile has been hacked. when I try to login it say invalid password and when I try to use forgot password functionality it says invalid username and when I use forgot username it says username not found. and when I try to register again it says username already exists.<br> <br> when I called the call centre they told me that my online profile has been deleted., why I don't know. Can someone please advise why I am getting this?
