Satrix Stole My Money

It has been over a month since I sent Satrix my money. I did it the exact way they requested- send a proof of payment. To this day, the money does not reflect and I am struggling to reclaim it from them. They also refuse to give me the R500 forgot to give me when I closed my account a few months ago. This is such a big mess up- how can someone who calls themselves an investment firm and then ***** peoples money?<br> <br> A few months ago, I requested them to close my account s that I may have all the mony I invested, back with me. The assured me my account was closed and deposited what I then thought, was the full amount. A month ago when I had thought of giving them another try, I logged in and found out that R500 of my money was simply withheld from me. This was an amount they never told me about when they apparently \closed my account"and had me complete one of there dumb redemption forms.<br> <br> It was my mistake to give them another chance and \""invest\"" with them.
