Satrix online call back facility sucks!

On 5 May 2015 (06h06) I logded a forth or fifth \call back request"from the Satrix site - this time I saved the screen dump. This request has been one of many via their site and e-mail - dating back from February!!! I've requested numerous call me backs and to date I have had to have any one of these requests honoured!. I need to check and reregister for Satrix (online services) for me and my two kids so I can access our invested funds. Numerous times a Satrix rep has sent me the registration process via e-mail"
