Satrix not paying out

I'm utterly shocked by the lack of customer service and transparency...they don't want to release my funds...I've been with them for years but they don't follow up on my emails or my calls...instead they resort to gas lighting and telling me that everything is okay on their side...but it's going for 2 weeks and I'm still not able to withdraw my funds...I swear as soon as I receive my funds...I'm deleting my account and forgetting about Satrix...proceed with caution folks
