SATRIX IS WORST
SATRIX TEAM is the worst team. Now customer empathy. Being trying to get access to my account. Tried reaching out to the Social Media Team, and they told me to send an email. Same details repeated. I send an email to the Snr Management Team, no luck. Social Media Team doesnt respond on any messages. Take ownership instead of passing the bucket.
