Ticket number is *** and again *** and again*** refers All they do is if you have a request, they issue you with new ticket numbers and do not address the underlying request. I was trying to tell them their FICA link does not work, but they ignored me So without attending to my request by email, they just close one ticket number and straight after that you receive an email from them to supply the very same info again. Now I have 3 ticket numbers and not one bit of help me to supply the details they require. Is it because they have the upperhand? Does the left hand not know what the right hand does?
