Satrix falling behind other investment options

I've had poor service from Satrix. I've been trying since the middle of December to make changes on my Satrix account. Thus far I've only received automated replies and nothing else. No call from a representative and no personal follow-up from any of the many representatives I've spoken to over the phone.

There are many options available these days for easy investment you guys are falling behind.
