Satrix closes my complaint ticket for a second time without addressing my issue

I was then contacted by the client services manager who said they would look into my client. Following this, I received no call and my ticket was closed a second time without response. After replying and asking for feedback, I received a one-liner from support that did not address my complaint.

Please think long and hard before you invest with Satrix. Their service has deteriorated in recent times and if you are going to trust them with your hard-earned savings consider the many alternative investment companies out there first.
