Satrix balances all incorrect and problems logging in. NO email received as was stated initially.

HI ,

I have been having the same problems as others that have written a review. I could not access my portfolio and when I eventually did, all balances zero. Plus, their landline is permanently unavailable and this email assistance is ridiculously inadequate.

Thank you for taking my call earlier. As discussed, kindly follow the instructions forwarded to you 2 days ago by Cornelia on how to access your account. The email also explicitly provides details on where to go in order to view your holdings.
