Resolved my ticket without assisting me at all

Good customer service means the company reaches out to you, not the other way around. I requested assistance with logging into the new satrixNOW platform and this bladdy company opens a ticket saying they will contact me, but then resolved the ticket a few days later saying "We think the issue has been resolved, please contact us if not". No-one contacted me, nothing, I must now follow up on them and tell them to do their job right. They just make more an more work for the customer till you want to give up. Very deserving of a low rating due to their incompetence with customer service.
