Relationship foundation - Satrix and its potential investor , beware before getting into bed with them

Recently had been seeking an investment platform for some discretionary funds and consider Satrix Vs Sygnia ......as aware of the reverse compounding factor of fee loading and these two companies met the criteria i sought. On the issue of how they calculate the fee deduction ( particularly its timing on investment greater than 2.1 R Million was sought so a common online Querrey was logged with both company 3wed link sites. The response was detailed and within 48 hours from Sygnia, however, after that the Satrix response was received- which did not address the question at all, just a cut and paste from the marketing minimum disclosure document ( available online on the public web - which was by its ambiguity the reason my query was raised in the first case) !!! pertaining to costing and its scheduling - the agent responding did even type a single syllable - then when i responding with a request for them to please read and review the initial query, they responded that they were satified they had done thier job, i responded as follows:_ The agent did not bother-take the time to ..digest or even read the entire query at all-question as indicated in the response received. The query was posted in 3 parts, just a responsive answer for each would have sufficed to allow me to make a decision as to invest my R 2.1 lump sum with Satix or not. Received just cut and paste response - which is already on the web for the general public domain and i had considered when phrasing the question submitted - when seeking a second clarification on the same query- they respond with "they are satisfied with the response and ticket closed ( not if you the potential client/ investor ) are satisfied .... Waste of time and an indication of what can be expected in the future had i invested ....no brainer as to my actions flowing from this encounter with Satrix " Support " .
