REDEMPTION ONLINE APPLICATION
I have submitted an online application to discontinue with the investment on Monday the 26th January 2014, their turnaround time is 48 hours, up today I haven't not heard from them. I have sent an email inquiring but no response. This is the email that is been used as a primary communication tool to its investors. This delay has costed me dearly. Please up your game it's so disappointing and embarrassing because the entity manages lot of people investments.
