Radio silence

since the beginning of the yer, trying to get Satrix to pay our investments has ben an uphill battel - they say it should take 2 days but it sometimes takes 2-3 weeks. Worse, they dont respond to to queries and amounts dissapear from one's accounts without any explanation. Worse since the lockdown - it is just radio silence. Reporting this to the prudential authrority and other relevant regulators.
