Pathetic service and lack of communication from Satrix

I have been trying to make an investment since 26 November, with promises of team leaders who are going to contact me, etc. To date, no one has contacted me except to say that someone will contact me.

However, having read the reviews, I believe I have dodged a bullet, and will take my investment elsewhere. Surely when a firm reads these numerous negative reviews, they shouldn't just apologise and promise to rectify the complaint- the damage has been done! Look at what is inherently wrong in your business.
