Pathetic Customer Service

It took 3 months to open an account with them. Each time I have a query or issue, they don't even respond to me. When they do eventually, its a one-word response. I am going to withdraw all my money and close my accounts with them. Their customer service is pathetic. They are rude and condescending and will not bother to respond to you when you try to get assistance.
