NOT WORKING: [URL Removed]

Your online portal: [URL Removed] has not been working since December 2015. It is inaccessible from any device. I have sent an e-mail query and the query was closed without being resolved and when I questioned this, the feedback was that another department or area must deal with it. How pathetic. How is one to now transact, considering I refuse to use a call centre. Sort your website out and let me know once done! Very poor Satrix
