Not poor service, NO service at all!
What an unprofessional bunch! I app**** for an account the beginning of August 2024 and just received an email with a ticket number. A week later I inquired about the ticket number, just to receive a new ticket number. I phone twice, just to be promised a return phone call. Nothing happened. A Sanlam company that is so pathetic!
