NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL QUERY

My accounts have been moved to the SatrixNow platform. I am having problems gaining access to 3 of my 4 accounts. I have sent emails to *** from a week ago and still no response. When you call you are told that due to lockdown there will be no phone response but they will respond to emails. STILL WAITING - A WEEK LATER!!
