Two years down the line my money is still not invested with Satrix.<br> Their general delay in feedback and communication is a nightmare. <br> After commiting to follow up and try to apply for the third time to invest, I made sure all my documents were ready etc. But again, days went pass without feedback once I submitted my documents and paid my deposit. Then every third day there would be a phone call or email: \We need this"/\""We didn't receive this\""/\""Please resend this.\""<br> At the end of the day my money/deposit is in a Satrix ABSA Account (a Savings Acc) and I'm losing out on interest. Who is gaining the interest? According to Fivile (call made 12h29 on 17 March: \""No one\"" \""This account doesn't charge interests he promises three times.\""<br> I'm VERY unhappy!!!<br> <br> """
