MISSING FUNDS AFTER PARTIAL DIS-INVESTMENT!
I have at the beginning of May disinvested a portion of my money market fund portfolio. To my surprise all of the balance of the funds in my portfolio went MISSING! It is over 2 weeks later with numerous calls and emails I still cannot understand why Satrix can't trace my funds! I have requested from Zama (who was kind enough to call me and try to assist me from the beginning) for a senior person in charge to contact me this morning 28/05/2019. I am still waiting! I have been investing on your platform for 9 years! I am now questioning whether my investments are safe with you!
