Frustrating

Good day. I am helpiing my parents access their investments with Satrix. For 3 days I have tried. Firstly they had a wrong email address for my parents so my has heard nothing from them in 4 years. I have contacted them repeatedly the last 3 days. They tell me to type in the Username which I do then type in forgot password which I do. A verification code is to be sent. This however doesn't come even after them supposedly correcting the email address. Last year Rob Hershov referred to the Cabinet of clowns. This is also something like dealing with a circus. Despite my repeated emails the last 24 hours nothing has been forthcoming. If anyone wants easy investing I would advise staying away from this group. Greetings Kingsley
