Exceptionally poor administration and processing
Despite repeated emails and phone calls, Satrix have not processed a requested sale.
Promises of a follow up email and phone calls do not materialize.
I would not recommend that you invest in their product portfolio.

The delay was due to a technical issue on our side which was preventing you from processing the sale.
